Monday Wednesday Friday Sunday
This course includes a tour of the local produce markets and five delicious dishes:
- beer fish (famous local dish)
- chicken with cashew nuts
- steamed stuffed vegetables
- eggplant with soy and oyster sauce
- green vegetables with garlic.
March to November, pickup from your hotel:
- morning class - 9:30am
- afternoon class - 3:30pm
December to February , pickup from your hotel:
- one class only from 10:30am

Tuesday Thursday Saturday
This course includes a tour of the local produce markets and five delicious dishes:
- egg wrapped dumplings
- steamed chicken with mushroom
- duck with pickled ginger and chillies (on two or three day course) or eggplant
- stir fried pork with vegetables and oyster sauce
- green vegetables with garlic.
March to November, pickup from your hotel:

- afternoon class - 3:30pm
December to February , pickup from your hotel:
- one class only from 10:30am
